  • Provided with a 4-week long training program via the TrainHeroic app

  • Programs are composed of 3 lifting days and 2 conditioning days per week.

  • Bi-weekly check-ins will take place to ensure the program is advancing smoothly.

1:1 Personal Training

Traditional one on one training offers the highest level of attention and most efficient path to achieving desired results.

  • Comprehensive one hour long consultation and functional assessment to analyze your current physical abilities and long-term fitness goals.

  • Fully-customized and evolving program to best meet your needs.

  • Each training session lasts one hour.

  • I work with a very select group of individuals for 1:1 personal training who are highly-committed to achieve their goals.


$80 per session

Team Program Creation

There are so many promising young athletes partaking in team sports who are in need of effective strength & conditioning. Team program creation promotes an increase in strength, explosiveness, an improvement in movement patterns, and can reduce the risk of injury.


  • Fully-customized programming for your team's sport, season of play, and the equipment available to the team

  • Each athlete has real-time access to the program and instructional videos directly through the TrainHeroic app

  • Each player will log weights allowing coaches to track compliance and performance analytics

  • Direct communication through the app allows for questions to be answered quickly and for adjustments to be made, if needed

  • Monthly check-ins provided to see how programs are progressing

Myofascial Stretching

Myofascial stretching is implemented to improve athletic performance, movement patterns, and strength imbalances to ensure more efficient training sessions and results

  • Discussion of pain symptoms and baseline stretch to assess which fascial lines and movement patterns are inhibited.

  • Myofascial stretching can help with short-term and long-term sources of physical discomfort.

  • Helps aid in the recovery process to help you reduce fatigue before your next training session.


$80 per hour / $45 per half hour
